There will be 3 opportunities for everyone who attends Westworth to offer thoughts about the future needs of Westworth United Church, in person, to the Joint Needs Assessment Committe (“JNAC”) this September. Sign-up sheets will be available in the narthex early in September. If you have any questions before these dates, please contact Barb Magarrell (bmagarrell@live.ca) or Keith Love (kalove@mts.net ).
You are invited to participate and your participation is important.
Wednesday, September 16, 6 p.m. through 8 p.m. will include a chance to meet as a group(s) to talk together with members of the JNAC. Those attending will have the opportunity to leave some feedback in written form, as an individual, at the end of the gathering. Group times will last one hour.
We welcome individuals or members of the same household who would like to make an appointment to speak with members of the JNAC to come Saturday, September 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – if you find your plans change and you are able to join us that day but do not have an appointment, please stop in and we will have someone speak with you as soon as possible.
If Sunday, September 20, following our church service, is more convenient for you, we will be available to speak with you.
At each gathering, the Joint Needs Assessment Committee will have some questions for you to respond to, and you will have an opportunity to offer additional thoughts.
