    The purpose of this form and these guidelines is to provide support for people wishing to initiate a fundraising event and for the Finance Committee’s role in openly and transparently managing the funds of the Church. Please complete the form electronically. Save a copy for yourself and email a copy to the Finance Committee Chair. If you are not able to complete the form electronically, please contact the office for a paper copy.
